I made a post a few weeks ago about a man in our church with ALS. I donated 6 pens for the silent auction and was not able to attend. I was informed that the pens sold very well. One of the pens was a slimline that sold for 85+$. That was pretty cool. One man liked the pens so much he bought 3 himself. One of our friends bought 2. The bottom line is I think they raised over 10,000$ for a VERY good cause. I was going to post a few pictures of the pens but didn’t have time to take them before I went on vacation.

ALS is brutal.

Very decent of you and the others to help out.

I agree with Beener. What you did was very generous and you will be rewarded ten-fold.

I also agree with NBeener. I’m so happy they were able to raise so much to help him. I’m sure he was very touched.

The men and women of the oil company my father in law worked for did a fund raiser for him when he got ALS. He was so touched that so many people cared about him to give their time and money to help him and his family.

With all of the complete garbage going on in the world today, its nice to hear something positive for a change. Kudos to you and all those who helped!

Congrats on the pen sales. I bet they really appreciated your work. Nice that you could help them out.
