I’m in the process of building an end table out of maple. The top and drawer face will be African Mahogany. Anyone know a good finish that will make the Mahogany awesome and last?

I like Minwax “honey” stain on it. Shellac, sand, lacquer.

I don’t have any Shellac or Lacquer, is there a name brand that is better than others?

although I plan on experimenting with some other options next time I use it, I have found Red Mahogany Danish Oil to give it the color I was looking for.
