This is just crazy. On the Indianapolis Craigslist a guy said he will give away his entire woodshop (lists all the items too) for free if you can find a buyer for his house. I wish I knew someone who was looking to buy a house in that area for that price. Anyone looking to buy a house lol? You get a free woodshop.

Weird, sad, and interesting.

As a former Real Estate guy (commercial), many states do NOT allow a non-licensed (real estate license) person to be paid a referral fee for the sale of property.

This … may be such an instance, and … Indiana … may be such a state.

Maybe I’ll e-mail this guy. Hate to have THAT heaped onto … whatever else he’s going through.

Wow, home prices must be a lot lower around Indianapolis than here in SE Va! Looks like a lot of house for $375k. Big enough lot to build a big workshop.

yeah, Indiana is a VERY affordable state, land is cheap. I’m from Maryland originally and houses there would cost two to three times as much
