Topic tags/keywords: question

Greetings brother LJs.

I recently saw an item that I instantly wanted to make one of for myself from the projects section here. I contacted the individual that made it to see if he’d share the pattern, but he no longer has it. He steered me to Wood Magazine, the source he got it from, but it seems the only way to get it from them now is to buy a copy of their DVD for $150! (ouch!)
The project in question is a wooden “wristwatch” clock. I was wondering if any of our little group here had a copy they’d be willing to E-mail me? I really want to make one of these things for my computer desk.

Not sure if its what you meant but Woodcraft has a plan for a wristwatch wall clock for $8.95

I believe this is the same plan from, although this one shows it being able to be folded watch style to sit on the desk. This one you can get the plan online for 5.95 or the entire clock parts for $20

Wall-hung Wristwatch Plan from Woodcraft #409552 could be scaled down.

Wood Mag back issues can be had from WOOD themselves or from ebay. Do you have the issue # it was in?

I think the one you’re looking for is Wood Magazine #90 (September 1996).

Thanks, fellow LJs. One of you sent me an e-mail with the download link and I now have the pattern. Talk about fast results! ;)

They are good sellers at craft shows. I have sold over 100, at 45.00 plus tax. you can get the inserts for about 6.00 or 7.00 dollars from clockit.
