Restoring a 1950’s/1960’s electric sander and need to replace the pad on the bottom. There are lots of different ones on ebay.com that are pre drilled but I have a lot of doubts that the pre drilled screw holes would line up. Does anyone know where you can buy this stuff without holes in it, perhaps in a 12×12 sheet? Thanks.

Ya may be over-thinking the issue. I would buy the pad that has the dimensions that I need, and drill added holes that might (MIGHT) be needed.
