i am going to be matching this door for a customer. It will be built out of Alder with only a clear coat and black glaze. Can anyone suggest any specific raised panel shaper cutters that would match this one? Also. The outside edge has a profile that I need to match too. Can anyone suggest any specific shaper cutters that would match the outside edge profile on this particular door?

A good local sharpening shop can grind cutters for you in the exact profile you want.

Ask local cabinet shops, Woodcraft, or tool dealers who grinds shaper knives in your area.

Can you cut these on a router table? That looks a lot like my Freud bit set.

I probably could do the doors on a router table, but I have 50+ doors to build so I would prefer to use my shapers.

It looks like Freud makes shaper knives too:

Pretty standard door style. Why wouldn’t you just outsource them?
