I had to do it. Time is of the essence, and I need to have something for when my son arrives. Made overseas, and the quality is just horrendous. The entire time I’m assembling this with my wife, I’m cursing the loss of American manufacturing, cursing our society who has given priority to cheap objects vs. quality, and thinking “I could have built this better”. That is the end of my rant! :)

I wouldn’t be too worried. Changing table one of those things most find out they don’t ever use.

Also something that doesn’t need to last all that long, what do you do with it after your kid(s) don’t need changed any more?

But you can find some made here or overseas that are good quality. Just have to dish out the bread to get one.
