Topic tags/keywords: question tablesaw milling

Hello Folks!

I have a Delta Contractors table saw which overall is in good condition.

While not a true cabinet saw, it does suit my wood shop just fine. However the original fence is come to a point where it just needs to be replaced. Its been dropped, kicked, bent etc etc just one too many time.

Has anyone have any suggestions for a good replacement fence besides Delta? I believe they do not make parts for this model anymore. I am thinking of something in the $200.00 range perhaps.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You.

Bruce – The Delta T2 is considered one of the best bangs for the buck going for a TS fence. Tools-Plus sells it for ~ $156.50 shipped. The Shop Fox Classic and Aluma Classic are also good fences for a bit more. I love the Biese but they typically run closer to double your budget.

I liked the T2 that I added to my Delta Contractor’s saw. No complaints. It does make it a little more challenging to attach an outfeed table, but there are workable solutions. I subsequently upgraded to another saw, but for other reasons.
