Topic tags/keywords: plane sharpening free hand plane

I just wanted to show off some mini hand planes that I won in a you tube give a way. Please forgive the sub standard video I’m a woodworker and may be to old for this digital age. On a side note tomorrow I become a grandfather, I can’t wait to introduce another generation to woodworking. Thanks for watching

I have the same set. HF was selling them a few years ago. They may still be available, haven’t looked for a while. Mine were a little rough when I got them, but after I got the thick lacquer off, the edges cleaned and squared, and the blades flattened and sharpened, they work fine for small stuff. They mostly live in a drawer, but I pull them out when the wife says she has a “little project” for me.
