I know I have not been posting too much recently – things have been happening here in Finland. I am closing my workshop here.
In the next few weeks, I will be packing what tools I can into my van and trailer and and traveling 2000 km south to Belgium, where I will start to restore our new home. Most of the restoration is building work, so I plan to keep a record of the work on home refurbishes – this is probably going to be for about a year, as I plan to undertake most of the work myself (trying to save money).
Apart from making the building Wind, watertight and dry before the winter sets in, I will not have a workshop there (not yet anyway) so I will get to design and build my final workshop, so if there are any limitations on the workshop I can only blame myself.
I will obviously continue to monitor my “Buddies” progress on LJ, but tune into HR from time to time to monitor the progress (mistakes and all).
For all you guys in Finland, I am planning on selling some of my bigger tools/machines, such as my beloved Delta Unisaw (3-phase 4HP) and my LOGOSOL M7 saw mill – if you are interested in any of the tools contact me via my website or PM me soon, before they all go to someone else.
