Topic tags/keywords: question craftsmanship aspirations

Hey All,
Someone (can’t remember who) once told me a really cool quote that I can’t seem to find the origins of. It was about quality/craftsmanship and went something like this, “I want to build the kind of furniture my customers grandchildren fight over”.

I tried googling around for it but can’t seem to get anything.

Anyone have any idea where this might have come from?

See http://www.alamedapointstudios.com/meet-the-makers.html ... scroll down to Rahn Woodworking & Design ... ”My philosophy of strong customer service and satisfaction comes from building furniture that, as I tell my clients, your grandchildren will fight over when you’re gone.”
