We have a member of our Church with ALS. He was an avid outdoors man but is now confined to a wheelchair and breathing machine. Some of his friends are having a benefit silent auction for him and I donated several of my pens for the auction. We are going to out of town and could not attend. All of the money goes to his medical treatment. I made him a pen with a bullet and deer antler, with a pen stand of cedar and deer antler. It just made me feel like I was able to do something good. I will try to post a picture in the projects section of the deer antler pen and stand. Thanks for reading… Russell

I lost my father-in-law to that dreadful disease. I will keep your friend in my prayers. I hope lots of money was generated by the auction.

You are a great person to have done this. My brother-in-law is 52 and battling this awful disease. I never fully understood ALS until Bob was stricken with it and I believe it is the most difficult disease. What you did was nothing short of outstanding and anyone that has had a loved on go through this appreciates what you have done. Thank you for caring for ALS victims.
