Ever so often I wake up at 3:00 wide awake. After a half hour or so I try sleeping again. Caused by eating junk food late in the evening.

In my case, the question right now is “why are you up so early?” The answer is I am always up early. I was raised on the family dairy farm and farmers are always up early. It’s a habit I never broke. FYI – the morning is such a calm and peaceful time of day.
