My only daughter had her first baby today. Mom and Hayden are doing fine. Grandpa better get busy and finish building the 6 drawer dresser. It should be done by next week and then I can start finishing it and the crib I already have built. If you care to look at my blogs you can see how I built the 4 in 1 crib. I need to deliver them the first week in August to California.

Congrats But you realize you won’t have much time to do any woodworking. When my first grandchild came that was it, all things stopped when she’s around. Enjoy!!!

that’s terrific tom…its about time you got to be a grandpa…i bet your one happy camper…that drive to California will be a nice trip …kinda like the beverly hill billys…..lol…....ive enjoyed the blog on the crib…a very nice design and really nice that is becomes the bed in all stages of your grandbabys life….....congrats again…grizzman

Congratulations Tom ! what a special time in everyones life 1st time being a parent and 1st time being grand parents…. life just doesn’t get better than that .
