Does anyone know why a piece of golden colored amboyna burl is so much cheaper than a reddish colored one? I have looked at two pieces the same size one golden and one reddish colored and the red one is about $100 dollars and the gold is around $30-40. Why is there such a drastic price difference?

You’ve got some great looking wood. May have to snag up a few goodies from you. Don’t get me wrong, I like the $30 price. It is just so low considering a piece the exact same size is 100 and a few a little bigger are $110-260. How can this be? It just makes me a little wary of buying it. If something sounds to good to be true it usually is.
