Delta Homecraft Bandsaw 10” – $125 or best offer.
Delta Homecraft 10” Bandsaw – Model 28-110
Production date is somewhere around 1949 to 1952.
Serial Number V2704
Motor is original Emerson Electric ¼ HP.
I have a copy of the Manual for this Band Saw.
This is a very heavy piece of old iron and has a solid cast iron frame. The table tilts up to 45° and is solid cast iron. It includes the mobile base.
The Bandsaw has new urethane tires and blades track very well. I have used it and it runs very well and I have resawn wood up to 4”. It is slow but cuts well.
Why am I selling it? I have two other bandsaws. One is a large jet and the other a small 10” with a Carter Stabilizer on it. I would love to keep the Delta Homecraft but do not have room for it.
I am selling two other old iron woodworking machines – a 4” Craftsman Jointer and Shopsmith 10ER and will make a deal if someone takes all three. I am located in NW Indiana
