Topic tags/keywords: brasil brazil mill milling contacts

Hi All, This is my first post, so it may not be in the best place. I will be leaving for an extended trip to Brasil next week and wondered if anyone has English speaking mill contacts there. My itinerary is pretty flexible at this point, so I am interested in suggestions on where I might go to see some mill operations.

Thanks

james

You might try contacting Wood Mizer as they sponsor mills around the world, 1.800.553.0182

I lived in Brasil for 10 years. What specifically are you looking for? maybe I can help you find it.

We’ve all seen many wood species as rough lumber, finished boards, or final projects. I’d like to see these trees at their source (and intact!) Ideally I’d like to find someone knowledgeable to share a bit of time and wisdom and perhaps a tour to see some of these amazing woods.
