Hey, I’ve been going through an old tool box I bought and came across a Stanley No 239 plane. Its an odd duck, what type of grooving or uses did it serve? It looks complete but needs cleaning. Thanks in advance for any info shared.

That’s the first one I’ve ever seen. Now you can do you’re own wiring and wood work at the same time :). Pretty cool find.
