Independence Tool Dovetail Saw: this is the saw that started the modern backsaw renaissance. The IT dovetail saw
was the saw that preceded the Lie Nielsen line of saws (IT was later purchased by LN). This DT saw is very nice shape: I have refinished the handle and Matt Cianci (the SawWright), arguably one of the best saw sharpeners in the country, re-sharpened it. It cuts like a dream. .020 plate/15ppi. You don’t see these come up very often, probably because very few people that own one would ever consider parting with it. I find it necessary to part with the one I have. SOLD
