Topic tags/keywords: question

Do any of you know of a link concerning any of the above materials? Im designing some lighting, and a divider and was curious were to find these items. I dont think Home Depot or Lowes carry them anymore….

Many of those shades are actually paper. This concerned me a bit ‘til I realized my grandparents survived their whole lives with only the occasional browning of a shade, and that CFLs and other modern bulbs are cool enough to the touch that there’s even less fire hazard now.

So I’d head down to the local art store and see what they’ve got paper-wise that you could fashion into a shade.

art supply/craft stores have those like PEARL, and similar stores. I think MICHAELS/JOAN’S FABRIC and similar stores should have those as well.
