Topic tags/keywords: question

I have an armoire that I want to slide the doors down the outside of the cabinet. Right now it has hinges and doors that that only allow the doors to open 180 degrees. I would like to know if there is a type of mechanism that will allow the doors to open 270 degrees. Maybe a sliding hinge. Ideally if the doors could open 90 degrees from the closed position and slide back along the side of the cabinet.

These aren’t sliding as I envisioned but I think they will do nicely. Thanks!
If someone knows of sliding hinges please let me know. Otherwise I will have to move stuff away from both sides of the armoire. :(

you could make your own “sliding hinge”... basically you will have a board full length top to bottom that can slide back and forward in your cabinet, and attach your hinges to that.
