I have a nice big slab of yellow locust. I had thought about cutting it up for other projects but it’s the perfect size for an outdoor bench. But I’m stumped on what to do for the legs. I’m not fond of metal legs, but I haven’t seen many designs for outdoor benches on a live edge slab that look cool. Any ideas? I thought maybe cutting up some tree stumps for a rustic outdoors look. I’m not opposed to that, but I’m not sure how to go about it. |
