I’m designing a very basic table base in sketch-up, with a key in the legs/stretcher to keep it from racking- any improvements or suggestions would be welcome! I hope the links work!

It would be simpler to just notch both the legs and the stretcher so that they interlock and skip the key. Then you don’t have to cut the mortises in the end of the legs.
