I am in the process of building a cabinet/bench for my lathe and thought it would be cool to house my grinder underneath and be able to lift it up into position when I need it. A mixer lift would be about perfect but $75 is a little steep for me right now so I didn’t know if anyone knew of an alternative or if anyone has ever built one out of wood? Any suggestion are appreciated.

well at least even if it is too expensive for me, I have justification in my thinking. Looks like April Wilkerson just did something very similar to what I wanted to do.

Have your say...
