Has anyone built a crosscut sled using the Nick Ferry plans? I really like that layout with the miter sled insert but I want to know the dimensions of the sled and insert to know how that design will work for me on my saw before buying the plans.

So if anyone has built it and could provide some basic dimensions of the sled and miter insert I would appreciate it.

I bet you could just ask Nick. I’d be surprised if he didn’t answer.

He has an LJ account and you can always comment on the video itself.

I think it looks great too. I going to build one myself to replace my old one. I am going to just use my own dimensions to fit my tablesaw. I like the idea of a 24” wide cutting area for lower cabinets.

I did send him a PM on it but haven’t heard back. Also used the “contact us” on his web site, same for that one.
