About a week or so ago I received an email from the social media person at Lee Valley Tools expressing interest in my marquetry and my school. Apparently she had been tipped off by my good LJ buddy John aka Druid .

Well things have heated up a little since then. Last week she posted one of my chevalets in their “whatizit” quiz on facebook and today she posted my Birds and Bees video. The response has been amazing. The post has already run up 3.7k views, over 200 likes and over 50 shares in just eight hours!

Thanks John!!! (and thanks Kate at LV.)

That’s great, Paul. Never seen that video before, neat reversible box.

Are you going to take them on as a Chevalet distibutor?

this is really good news, how great it is for Marquetry to become more well known, and your tool to have better access to woodworkers, to me its a win win.

Congratulations Paul, I better figure out how to get to your courses before you get too famous and I can’t afford it.

Nice going Paul. I’ve been having a good relationship with Lee Valley and their advertising and distribution system is huge. You’ll get a lot of coverage. Good luck.
