Just wondering how many of you are out there, and if we’re interested in a get-together later this summer. I’m in Sevier County (Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg), and thought it might be a good place to meet. Several tool stores in the area to visit if you come. ;-)

Just curious. Leave a note if interested.

Milo I live in Eastern Ky. , but I come your way pretty often, have a place on Dandridge Lake, I would be interested in the get together. Hope more chime in. If not maybe I’ll try and look you up the next time I’m in the area.

I’m just down the road in Maryville and would be interested in a get together. Do you attend any of the Eastern Tenn Woodworkers Guild meetings? The next meeting will be in early July at Maryville High School.

Would love to make it down there soon. Up in western Md now, looking to relocate in the next year or 2.

I have a booth at the Lenoir City show this weekend and I’m staying in Alcoa. I am up here quite a few times during the year and would be interested in a get together. I always try to make a trek to the Smoky Mountain Knifeworks when I’m in town. I will also be at the Maryville Foothills Fall Festival in October.

Hey Milo

New to the site and I was just searching for any kind of woodworker’s gatherings or some such in E. TN. I live in Kodak and was wondering if there was anything going on in the area since these posts back in 2010. Have been working on building a new shop in my back yard after years of moving stuff in and out of the garage on weekends. It’s finally come together and I wanted to connect with others in the area that share my enjoyment of woodworking.

Nothing in Sevier county. I’ve moved though, so I am out of the loop.

See if TNwood is still active. Living in Kodak give you better access to I40 than I had, and you might hit some of the Knoxville group that way.

Good luck.
