Does any know where I can buy some hook bolts 12”/x1/4” threaded at the base? I am rebuilding a bench swing that uses four of these hook bolts to suspend the bench from chains. The original bolts are too rusted to reuse.

Try McMasters, they have J Hooks used for structural work.

Just get what ever length bolt you can find, get some all thread and a deep nut like electricians use to hang conduit and make up what you need.
