I would start by downloading the manual, if you don’t have one. It may not need any adjustments, try working some wood and check the results; it may on;y need cleaning and new/resharpened blades. I’ve had mine since 2001, and it’s been a workhorse. As for parts, true, they are hard to come by, but it may be more important to determine which, if any, parts you need. I do have one note you should make somewhere: if the motor ever goes, it’s a non standard motor Delta made to (apparently) makes our lives more miserable. However, a replacement would be the Leeson 3 horse, catalog # 120341.00, model C145K34FB3H. Along with blades i would change the gear box oil, use any high quality gear lube….I choose one that’s 90 weight. You’ll also need the knife setting jig, and they are almost always missing with a used machine. You can make one if someone shares the height measurement (I would, but I gave my jig away when i switched cutterheads) or buy one of the commercial magnetic sets (you’ll need 2, though they are sometimes sold individually).
