Hello,
I’m in the market for a 10” wide woodworking vise. Something good and sturdy and American made. Some brands I’ll consider are Wilton, Yost and Columbia. I am open to other quality brands as well. I can do local pick-up near Boston MA or shipping.
Thanks,
Mike

Below are a few links I found. Try the search bar here on Lumberjocks and type in wood working vise. This is how I found the ones below. I have a regular vise that I am currently making a wood adapter for to use when needed. Space being limited like many others I have to improvise. I do have a cheap one I picked up at HF years ago. Small but useful where I put it for doing small work. Anything of length does not fit which is why I am making the adapter. What will work for you really depends on what you expect to be using it for. Hope this was helpful.

I have both Jorgensen 10” and Rockler 12”. Both are good vices.
The Rockler has a smoother quick release mechanism.

Anytime.

I would definitely want one with a quick release if budget permitted.
