Hi Guys im having real trouble with Sketchup i really cant get my head round it and i have a client that want me to design a 17 ft unit for him and i would love to be able to show him something in sketchup so he has a visual idea of what he is after so if some one out there could help me then please PM me so we can chat

This site will get you started and Fine Woodwory has a good sketchup blog going.

I found the video tutorials on sketch up very helpful.
Open both the sketch up and the tutorial windows,
and follow along.
You can hit the pause on the video when it moves too fast.
