Old professional knife sharpener that works very well with chisels and plane blades. Uses a sanding belt. In really good shape. Getting a tormek and don’t need it anymore.

Slow speed. Motor alone could be very useful.

Any offers? Pickup would be better as it is really heavy. Or I could bring it to you with 50 miles of Statesville, NC.

I have one of those Hookeye belt grinders, it is really pretty useful for some woodworking sharpening . The belt size is 1 1/2 X 24 ”, an odd size, I split a 3” wide belts by marking and scoring the back side with a razor blade. The grinder will remove material pretty fast with the Diablo 46grt belts, then finer belts. The belts take less then 1/2 minute to change. There is an angle setting device built in, and an adjustable pad that works good for chisel type tools. I am going to hang on to mine.

That’s pretty cool, if only I was closer . . . .
