Topic tags/keywords: email notifications not working broken tech support support help

Hi All,

In the picture below you can see that all my settings are checked. I haven’t received any email notifications in months. When I first joined the site it worked,, but I am no longer getting them. They’re not even in the junk folder of my email. Any ideas?

Could you spam filters be catching them on your side? Check that your email service hasn’t ‘upgraded’ your protection which may be stopping LJ mail getting through.

Is there a contact for support?
This seems unreasonable.

If your settings are correct, the only reasons you would not be receiving them is for one of a few reasons. (1) Your ISP is blocking the automated emails. (2) They are getting trapped in your spam folder.

Some members have been able to solve this issue by getting a gmail account and using it for the forum.

By the way, there is a contact us link in the footer.

I have contacted them twice with no response. I have a gmail account linked to this account and they are not in the spam folder.

Not sure what’s going on?

“Them” is me and I check the account for emails daily.

I am checking with our forum support team to see if there is anything further we can do. Case #2147482.

If you have an old notification message from us in your gmail account you can try adding us to your contact list.

Log into your account and open up the email in your inbox. Hover over the sender’s name and a window will pop up. Select “Add to Contacts” to save the sender to your Contacts list
