I’d just like to wish a merry Christmas to the individuals that stole my Honda Snowblower this morning. Just in case your wondering, no…I don’t have an extra thousand dollars for my deductable…and no, I don’t need the money for gifts, my daughter is only 5, she won’t miss having stuff under the tree (much). Oh yes, and in case you are wondering why I put those studs in the tracks? It was so I could make a skating rink for the local kids on Farlaine lake this weekend for the Christmas skate…like I do evey year….But hey, don’t worry about it, I’m sure they’ll get over it.
Now, the seniors whose driveways I clear out here might not be so forgiving, as they aren’t able to do it themselves, so you might want to avoid them, they won’t be happy. My driveway won’t be a problem, there is two adults here to shovel. Of course, one of us is 5 months pregnaant, so she may be a little slow….but it’ll get done.
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for bringing a little more holiday joy to my family. Have a Merry Christmas.

Ryan God bless you and your family and the thief’ who felt that they needed a snowblower more than you. May they see the ways of their lives and repent.

Had someone stole my blower I’m afraid I’d be using a few more expletives than that. Yeah I guess this is kind of a family site so gotta keep it clean. Hope Santa brings them coal and you a new blower.

Ryan,

I’m very sorry to hear about your snowblower. A while back “Mot” had a similar experience. Unfortunately, there is a lot of crime this time of year. Maybe the thief will get caught when he goes to pawn it (hopefully).

I am sorry hear of your loss. I’d be pretty bummed to have someone steal something from me duing a time of season when, I try to be in the mood of the season and really work at being charitable.

As far as permission to rant on this forum, I am ok with it. As long as you get over it as some point.

Please enjoy your family and the Holidays.

Yeow, $3,600. I didn’t know they were that expensive. My son’s used car wasn’t that much.

Count me in with Bob#2.

Me 3 Bob 2. and TomFran. I’ve had stuff stolen and there is not a worse feeling I don’t believe. I’ts like being violated in a personal way. Rapped maybe, I don’t know I’ve never been there but it’s a crappy feeling. I’ll say a prayer for the fellow to mend his ways. Hardest thing I’ve ever had to learn is pray for my enemies. But somehow it works to help you, let it go. mike

There’ll be plenty of time for sober reflection and wishes for penitent contrition on the part of the thief. I’m with Damian, now’s the appropriate time for some good old fashioned Dutch-German phrases.

You’ll feel better Christmas morning watching your daughter and wife open their presents. The cops hopefully will find the thief; can’t be too many of that particular model around.

Did someone say “Posse”? Where is my gun? I will ride!

Sorry, to hear about the loss. I know that, quite frankly, it sucks. Try to have a Merry Ho, Ho at any rate. Don’t let the sorry dogs beat you down.

The imbecile’s dogma will eventually be run over by his karma. I know…it still won’t bring your blower back. Everything has a price and you have paid for the good that will come to you and your family now.

Sorry man. That really sucks. Hope you find a way to have a happy holiday. Keep that family true and make sure to post back in a couple of months with pics of the new child.
