I thought I read a post about the Incra magna-lock plate for a Porter Cable 690 bolting right to a Hitachi KM12VC. Anyone know if this is true? I’ve been running searches but whew!! it’s taking a long time. All help appreciated.

The magna lock plate for an incra router lift doesn’t appear to bolt to anything. It drops into the recess for the plate in the top of the lift and is held in place by magnets. If you are asking whether the Hitachi Router can be used in that lift, I would suspect so, sometimes manufacturers try to standardize things like router body diameter. I don’t have my router with me but I seem to recall the motor diameter of the 690 being 3 3/4” or so. If the Hitachi is the same then it would probably fit.
