What problems do you have with your Ridgid R4510 table saw? For starters, mine hashas issues with the miter slots not being straight at all. Some areas of the miter slots are straighter than others. The miter gauge dances like a star. The riving knife is not perfectly aligned with the blade so when pushing the material through, it feels tight between the back of the blade and the fence. I finally made adjustments to the fence where it is almost precise on the front and the back. Time will tell if that alignment will remain. Finally, the factory dust collection is horrible. So I adopted the idea from Brazz04 here http://lumberjocks.com/topics/139122. However, the dust comes out from other areas making it a pain again to cleanup. I have to make some tweaks to improve that.
So, what issues you have had with the table saw and how did you fix them?
