I am pretty happy with the saw, one difficulty is tilting the blade to 45 degrees, it seems to bind up at about 43 degrees and I need to torque it pretty hard to get to 45 even though I’ve adjusted the stop bolt several times. I think there is still something I’m not understanding.

assuming the stop screw is not what’s binding it (release it)- I would contact Ridgid support.
