So my anniversary is coming up in a few months and I would like to make something nice for the wife. Of course she refuses to make it easy and will not tell me what she would actually use around the house.

What have you all made for your significant others that went over well?

I made a jewelry cabinet for both my daughter and my girlfriend’s birthdays. I made a country cabinet for my sister to store her Dept56 Christmas items in. I made a steamer trunk for my son’s wedding. All went over excellent. The pictures are in my gallery.

Step stool is an interesting idea, she is a teacher and has a bunch of high cabinets. I saw this one on David Mark’s website..
