I’m a 20 year old male up in Leadville Colorado looking for a woodworking apprenticeship. Currently I’m unsure if I will be up here another year for school as the classes I require may not be offered. Thus the time frame I am looking at is this summer for a short-type, or perhaps this or next year for a longer term apprenticeship. I was raised on woodworking, and am competent in most aspects of it, however I lack specific skills such as carving or marquetry. Is there anyone in the LJ community, preferably in Colorado, that feels qualified enough and would like to train an apprentice? If so let me know what you do and what sort of time you’d like to spend on this.

Hey Will In Leadville,
are you still looking for a woodworking apprenticeship. I’m looking for some motivated help in the shop as well as someone who wants to learn. We live in south west colorado- close to Telluride.
