Craftsman 113.228000 lathe for sale

Local guy upgraded to a Jet Lathe. Has this one for sale.
Photos show it in GREAT shape, no rust on tube.
But he doesn’t have the dead center for the tailstock.
I understand it’s a Morse #1 taper.

Questions:
For $165, mounted on a table, with steel stand thrown in, with 4 turning tools…sound reasonable?

Any good sources for getting the center?
