This is sort of a dumb question, but here goes.
I got an INCRA miter gauge, which is awesome. However, I find that it gets pretty unwieldy when I pull it back towards me—there just isn’t enough support for the gauge and it wants to fall back off the table. The last thing I want to do is drop it on the floor or (far worse) come into contact with a blade.
Should the little disks in the track be snug enough that it won’t lift up even with the gauge and fence suspended off the table edge? Is that even possible?
