I have a few cherry pieces that I guess I’m looking for any idears from the gang on uses for this wood. I’ve been looking at all the different boxes that have been posted and not quite sure I want to go that way. I was thinking of cutting some of it into sticks to use for my phone stands. A little brackground on these, most of my cherry trees took a beating during the ice storm of 08 (here in NE) a lot was used for fire wood, some of the good streight logs were milled. I had a half dozen burls that have been drying since and i just opened up the first one and this is what I found.
Any Idears?
