This is a single phase, 3/4 HP belt sander. Works and runs great. Has side fence that is uncommon to find on these machines. Sadly this does not have the bottom table for verticle running.

If I am reading this correctly, you want a fence on the end of the belt. I am not familiar with Powermatic.
You did not list a model number and there might be a fence available as a part for that machine. If there is
not a part available, I notice there are two holes in the piece setting across the end of the belt. If the
holes are not threaded you could tap them and bolt piece of angle iron on that and make your own table.
Just a possibility.

Actually, I believe he is looking to sell the sander. The $450 price is at the bottom of the first picture.
