JWSS-30F, 30” SuperSaw Fence with Rails

Does anyone know if this fence fits the JWTS-10 708471 Contractor’s saw? My standard fence has a little play in the end opposite the operator as there is no lock down feature. I remeasure and clamp it down to be accurate.

Does the SuperSaw Fence have a rear lockdown feature of some sort? No luck in finding a manual.

Thanks.

IIRC, the original SuperSaw fence was the “Microglide” which was overly well received. I don’t recall it having a rear lockdown.

In case you didn’t already notice, in my haste yesterday, I omitted an important suffix from the word “was” in the post above…the ”n’t” contraction, which some might think makes a significant difference in the overall meaning!

Most seemed to think it worked fine, but wasn’t on par with the fences on other $900 saws, which were mainly Biese clones.

Have your say...
