My table saw blade is not evenly parallel to the throat plate on my Dewalt saw. See attached picture, it starts to runout about halfway down the length of the blade. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? Also, any idea how this would impact my cuts if I’m using the fence for ripping wood with a tablesaw jointer jig for glueups? I appreciate any insight!

Alignment of a throat plate is meaningless and not something you should be overly concerned about. The miter slot should be aligned to the blade, and the fence should be aligned to the miter slot. The throat plate does not play a part in that equation. If it bugs you and everything else is in alignment, then you can just make a new throat plate or two.
