Oh man! So many goodies. Had to control myself. I did get some great anti fatigue mats on sale for only $15. 2 ft. x 5 ft. I also got a great adjustable stool for a good price. I got a few other accessories too, but the power tools were so tempting. I escaped without too much damage. haha

He He. What he said. I went to the Woodcraft store in Grand Rapids. I was lucky to get the last stool they had at only $49. I’ve been looking for one and most cost more and aren’t as nice.

Chuck, I have always loved Woodcraft. The store in Atlanta has recently opened another branch on the other side of Atlanta. We also have another nice woodworking store in Atlanta and it’s name is Highland Woodworking. The other ones are Peachtree Woodworking, the Rockler Branch, and Harbor Freight. It seems like there’s one more but I can’t remember. Upon thinking on it I think that your Woodcraft store will treat you right. I know that they are franchises and so everyone can be a little different. But, for the most part, I’ve been happy with them and have heard good things about them. I don’t have any problems with the others and have bought stuff from them as well.

That stool looks very nice.

Wow! You’ve got ‘em all! I either have to drive to Detroit or Grand Rapids to get to one. Either an hour or 1 1/2 hrs depending on which one. Lucky you.

Whoa! Does your butt actually fit into the seat on that thing? It looks like it came off an old John Deere tractor.

Seriously, had I made the trip up to the GR Woodcraft from Kalamazoo before you, that stool would be in my shop, not yours. Looks like a really solid chair at a bargain price. All it lacks is five casters so you could go scooting around with ease. I sit on an old four-legged model with no contour to the seat and no height adjustment.

I also like the GR Woodcraft store. Good stock combined with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I just wish it was closer so I could take some of the classes they offer without a long commute.

Boy, I’m glad that wasn’t a bus, I’d been run over by now. Duh! Thanks for correcting me. I was too busy looking at the pretty pictures.

I ordered 6 Iwasaki files from woodcraft online last month and they still are backordered. I did see that stool on the web site. I’d have to drive 100 miles N or S to one of their stores.
