Any of you jocks out there have any input on the Rikon 10-110 sliding table saw? I’m lookin pretty seriously at one, now that they are priced down. Just wondering if any of you have seen one or have one, I know it doesn’t have a riving knife which I perfer but I have a 1978 craftsman saw and looking for an upgrade. I live about 3 hrs from the nearest woodcraft so it will be a journey to even go look at one. Thanks

I don’t have any input into the saw, but I live close to a woodcraft and for as much as I have been in there I haven’t seen one. Just a warning to call ahead as they may not stock them. Good luck.

yeah I called this morning to 2 different stores and neither of them carry them on the floor. Looks like it will be one of those risky orders if I decide to get one. I also have no experience with a right tilt saw so that’s another risk, but I like the specs of the larger table vs a 27’’ and the distance before the blade is good. After researching the aftermarket sliding add ons I would hope it would be at least good as one of those? Hopefully someone will have one or at least seen one and give me some input. Thanks for the warning.

Any further luck tracking one down?

thanks for all your input. I found a well used mini max sc3 6’ slider on craigslist i bought for $800. It’s need a couple new bearings on the slider, a paint job, and a tune up but seems to be a solid machine.

Have your say...
