Contact Labatts, they own the patent and far as I know they haven’t released plans.

The chair looks like a typical Adirondack style which has been dressed up with Labatts decals/logos. You could make your own using the free plans downloaded from Jake's Chair site.

You could probably design your own cooler/dispenser unit now that you see that it can be done.

Actually if you look closely they are 2 separate items. The chair and the cooler/dispenser/stand.
