Today I aquired this vise, as far as I can find it was made 100 + years ago, it is in a1 condition and locks solid with 1/3of a turn

Similar to a Sheldon I believe cost £40,
Going to be fitted to a new bench top for my steel frame mobile base, this was
dragged from a dumpster where I used to work, it is 2 ins angle with extra cross members, castors, and stainless jacking feet ,all welds have been ground flat and the frame painted, it used to be part of a missile canard alignment system, will post more as I progress.
