Free text for the Sam Maloof style rocker. Please give me the code # in the subject line so I know it is not junk mail. Choose the code # at www.kappelusa.com under the left button ‘classes/code’ and I will send the info, over 40 pages, as an email attachment.

I have sent this free text all over the world. I am sorry I had to stop this service for a short time, but I am now making the text available once again.

You can see a few sample rockers, that can be built using this text, on my home page in Lumberjocks’ site.

I wonder how many “Sam Maloof” rockers have been made in the intervening time?

My rockers or others? I have given out the FREE text all over the world and asked for pictures of their completed rockers. I have received a few pictures, but believe that they are too busy to send pictures. I have also sent many of the Seminar Text (70 pages) and full size patterns with a number of pictures coming back. I do enjoy the pictures of their rockers it seems to give me a bit of satisfaction through others since I am dwindling in my ability to make them; although I understand that my coming pacemaker implant will help.
If any of you woodworker’s want the FREE text please let me know and I will be happy to oblige. Even the Seminar Text is a giveaway for what you get.

It is really great to see that you’ve made such a contribution to people making great chairs! I can see how receiving pictures of projects inspired by our info could be really gratifying.

I hope your pacemaker implant will provide you many more hours of enjoyment making chairs and sharing your skills!

Have any of you woodworkers had a problem with the Free Text or the Patterns I give for the Maloof style rocking chair?
In over 40 years I have never had a complaint until just now. I use these patterns for all my rockers so I am a bit confused with this one objection. He seems to have a problem matching the size with his printer; I can’t understand it because I use these same patterns for my seminar classes without a complaint. I must have hundred of these patterns out there, at $10.95 no wonder.
If anyone has had a problem, please let me know.

Lumberjocks, recently I was advised the information, on my web site kappelusa.com, for my Text, Full size Patterns, Free Videos & Free Text for the Maloof style rocking chairs was not working properly. Well it is now fixed. The Free Text has been used by a lot of woodworkers to build this Maloof style rocker. I ask for a ‘code’ number only to keep non-woodworkers off my back or they would ask for it because it is Free. The Videos are free just access them from my web page. The upgraded Text with some 70 pages and pictures does cost $12 as does the Full size patterns. This charge is also to keep non serious woodworkers from running me around in circles with their curiosity.
I am sorry if anyone was inconvenienced by my delay.
